Many of you have probably heard about good and bad fats, good fats are good for your health because your body needs fat for your bodily functions. With good fats you can easily burn fat at home. But bad fats can actually lead to diseases and weight gain. You can use treadmill to burn fat or you can just change your diet and lose fat quickly.
Bad Fats
Fats that cause disease and make you gain weight are bad fats. These fat are usually in packaged foods so try to eat more natural and avoid artificial.
Hydrogenated Oil
These oils are really bad for your health and you should avoid them everywhere. Hydrogenation is a process in which they change the oil to increase it shelf life. The process changes its molecules so your body doesn’t recognize it as natural facts and recognizes as toxin. Toxin can lead to diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart diseases etc.
Hydrogenated oils nowadays are in many foods like margarine, chips, crackers, cookies, cereals and many other just look at the ingredients. Try to avoid those foods as much as possible, they are really bad for your body. Many foods that are labeled healthy foods also contain these oils so you have to look out for them too.
Good Fats
Your body cannot survive without fat, everything in our body runs on fat so fats are necessary. Diets which contain very low fat can be bad for your body.
Omega 3 fats
These fats are necessary for our body but we cannot produce any by ourselves. Green vegetables and fishes are good for omega 3 fats. Omega 3 fats decrease inflammation and prevent diseases like cancer and arthritis. They are really necessary for brain and cognitive and behavioral functions. Coconut is really good for your body and it increases your metabolic rate which means it can reduce weight. Try to eat more of good fat because other than just health purposes, with good fat you can easily burn fat at home.
